Breakfast was excellent, the staff spoke english and was very helpful with planning hiking trips in the national park. The tickets to the national park is included in the tourist tax. They also offer dinner at the penzion which was a treat at the end of the day.

The hosts were incredible and constantly going above and beyond. They suggested which hikes to do that were good for my capabilities. Even though I arrived at dinner just before kitchen closed, I was still served. The staff as a whole were incredible and is reason enough that I would love to come back again some day. Clean, comfortable rooms, spacious kitchen, place to barbecue. The property is 2 km from the hiking routes and you can reach them on foot, no need to go through the nightmare of parking in Podlesok. The owner is very friendly and helpful and will show you where the shops and restaurants are in town, as well as how to get to the routes themselves. During our stay the toilet flusher broke and I had to call the owner for help - he fixed it within the hour and gave us free tickets to the national park as compensation. Overall experience 10/10

We liked absolutely everything. It is a modern, fully equipped apartment, kept clean and tidy in very good condition close to hiking trail starting points. It is located just outside the village but comes with a parking space. I will not list all the amenities here, please check the description, it is detailed and accurate. It is a real pearl, highly recommend. We stayed only one night but will be definitely coming back.

    Very friendly owner, who was flexible with our arrival time ( we drove from Krakow in bad weather ) . Really comfy beds , excellent shower. Quiet area ideally situated for walking the gorges, in fact you can walk right from the property without driving. Only thing missing in my opinion was a toaster ( we had a room with a kitchenette) but that's not a major problem. Great restaurant/ bar in the village . I would stay there again

    Juraj was always very helpful and available. The place was quite comfortable and charming, with a rustic, countryside style. The Slovenský raj is right nearby, so we could start our hike there directly from our door! Finally, in spite of being in a small village, there is still a nice and cozy restaurant where to relax at winter nights too. 🙂

    Host was nice to organize us transport from Poprad and to give us some directions/information about the surrounding area. The house was nice, fit very well into overall countryside/nature vibe. Slovensky Raj is walking distance away. We were getting around primarily on foot, nothing is exactly close (it's a small village) but it was manageable. Car would make getting around much easier though. The entire experience was superb.

    Cosy apartman in a lovely peaceful village. Hiking area is super close, one of the trails starts couple meters from the apartment. The owners were friendly and responsive during online communication. The accommodation has a cozy garden with table and a swing sofa.

    The most important is it's location! It is in the village, not far from a shop, not far from restaurants, but still it is so close to the canyons that we have always started our trips from the accomodation. Price/values is great The kitchen and the bathroom is well equiped The host (or more precisely his father and mother, because we were greeted by them) was very kind.
