Such a Nice place to stay, with all the things you need to be confortable. It's located around 15-30 mins from mahidol university, depending on the trafic. I wish I could stay more.

Everything was perfect! The house is very clean, the staff is super nice, the breakfast is excellent (you can reorder eggs or waffles if you eat a lot or simply because they are delicious!) The owners were very friendly with us and gave us a lot of good advice for the rest of our trip!

Location old town, only 4 rooms in 100-year-old house rich with character, the most accomodating hosts I've ever encountered. Perfect English, well-education young man with a ton of experienced recommendations. I arrived late and there was a note for me on the door, complete with wifi password. Fabulous breakfast!
