It's centrally located so easy to explore the main Alishan recreation area and the north and south corridors. We enjoyed driving the mountain roads and exploring aboriginal villages. The host, Leon, speaks excellent English. He was accommodating and welcoming. Our room was in the newer building with incredible views from the balcony - especially at sunrise. The hotel is very easy to reach by bus as the 7329 stops in Xiding village and then it’s only a 5 minute stroll up a side road. The Eryanping trail is within 30mins walk and they provide a simple map to help you reach it, I went up there for the sunrise and it was beautiful. The room was clean and breakfast in the garden each morning was wonderful, with a breathtaking view of the mountains.Guest review byJamesSolo traveller
