It was like staying in harry potter castle. Photos looked gorgeous. Complementary afternoon high tea and mini bar and breakfast were great too. We had the tree house and it was really big, and the bathtub was amazing. All was great except for the slide and bugs.

Everything. Mrs Shi, the hostess is excellent, very supportive and considering. Always ready to help resolving any problems that you might have. She got up early to make fantastic breakfast for us, and arranged her husband to drop us in the bus station. Highly recommend

Lovely hotel right on the Main Street! It is close to the start of the bike trail and also has everything around it you need! The room was a good size, clean and very cute! The decorations are adorable! The bathroom was also very clean and had everything we needed! Thank you very much for all your travel help! Because of your recommendations we had an even better time! Thank you for telling us about the bike challenge, the bus times and everything else! Even though we didn’t speak Chinese it wasn’t an issue communicating! There were always bottles of water handy and the internet was very good! You couldn’t hear any noise from the street in the room too! Sun moon lake is a very beautiful place and is easy to access. There are lots of things to do- walk, hike, rent bikes, cable car, kayaking ect. I would 100% recommend visiting Sun moon lake and staying here n
