Location, Location, Location! Plenty room for us 4. NIce roomy layout. Great to have separat bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Since my husband is physically challenged we used the bed and bath downstairs which had a walk in shower. The young ones had fun to walk the stairs:) The big windows were amazing to be watching on cooler afternoons from inside. Nice place to be sitting outside on the balcony to watch the sunset. All in all we loved it.

The location was fantastic. The beach access was only a few minutes walk, and our dog loved going to the beach in the morning. In the evening, my husband and I enjoyed having some wine watching the sunset and seagulls flying over the ocean. The grocery stores nearby made our stay very convenient as well. You can tell the house is older and needs some maintenance and updates, but it is a cute house and we enjoyed it. Also the price was very reasonable compare to other homes on the same street.
