Our host Bertus went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Unfortunately there was an issue with Eskom power but he had a backup generator available and we weren't inconvenienced at all. I had to go for surgery the Monday and he even checked up on me as to who I was doing. My husband stayed over the second night whilst I was in hospital. You meet as a guest but leave as a friend👌❣️

What an amazing experience staying at Taunton Manor, Beatrice greeted us and was an absolute delight. The Manor is a five star stay, beautiful decor, and no expense spared . The Croft is amazing! Lizzi was a really great host who made sure we were taking care off. When we came back from diner she turned on the fireplace already. The accommodation itself is breathtaking. Very spacious and well decorated, a lot of kitchen equipment and the garden is beautiful. As an animal lover I loved the donkeys and goat who were greeting us when we arrived.

Helga is most sweet and carring person ever, she made sure we had everything we needed during our stay, also a gluten-free and dairy-free breakfast for me. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom really nice. Also her place is quite central and close to the airport. I definitely recommend it.
