Our stay in this charming holiday home was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed – the house looks even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Everything is thoughtfully decorated with great attention to detail and is kept in top condition. The view is truly breathtaking and enchanted us every single day. We would also like to highlight the host, who is very kind. We will definitely come back.

The pleasant atmosphere, so relaxed. The offers a lot exceeded expectations. Own swimming pool, jacuzzi, outside shower, play area, fully facilited unit. The Host Lebo is the best, friendly and goes all way out to help when needed. We had great time and experience as family.

We wanted a night away to ourselves and this was a perfect choice for exactly that. Not even an hour's drive from Fourways, this spot provided us with an assessible and affordable option. I loved its rustic feel and very much enjoyed sleeping in the tent and having a braai just outside. The dogs were delightful and added to the experience. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Wow! wow! wow! If you were ever looking for a message to score a free holiday this is it .. It was undoubtedly one of the greatest experience on holiday in and around Gauteng one that created everlasting memories To start off the reception on our arrival immediately made us feel more than welcome and Saartjie is the most pleasant host woman i have ever come across as for all the staff they are a ray off sunshine and everyone just seems so delighted to carry on on their merry way. Secondly the Venue , area and vibe around Pretorius Park is definitely suited to young adults that wants to switch off and relax but still maintain the active lifestyle with faint music coming from Kearneys the pizza bar pub on the property ideal for delicious pizza and a few drink whilst viewing sport matches being displayed on the BIG screen. The music only starts in the afternoon and is more a joy and awakens your party vibe than to be a irratation. Centraled with still some fun and memorable activities close by it is a treat to stay at pretorius park. As for the room they have all the basics covered and it ensures a lovely stay whether it is going out or staying put at pretorius park and enjoying the amazing water of the pool or taking selfies on the bridge Pretorius Park is the place to be on your next holiday. Lovely location so close to Johannesburg. So nice to hear the river when you sleep. I really enjoyed the massive patio/braai area with the hot tub

Lovely, quiet place to unwind, Eunice the manager is a gem and very responsive to any requirements. Backup light during loadshedding was much appreciated.

We, myself, Sonke, My fiance and our 3-year-old stayed at Die Plasie arriving Friday leaving on Monday and I cannot say enough nice things about this place! The owner greeted us and showed us our room, she's a kind, generous lady. I think my only complaint would be the 1.5 hour drive. The rooms are adorable, cozy. We stayed in one of four rooms that were not attached to the main house. Our room had a mini fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a few dishes, bathtub and a shower which I loved! The bathtub was super long! I don't think I've ever seen a tub long like that. We were provided 2 bath towels and toilet paper. Rooms are not cleaned daily, however cleaning is offered at 50 rand per cleaning if requested. The bed was very comfy, i think it was a coil mattress. We stayed 3 nights. Our 4 room section had one shared little garden area with tables and chairs, it was so nice. The garden area had a locked gate which meant my 3-year-old could run and not escape. Everyone was so friendly. The ladies next to us were celebrating a bachelorette party. My three-year-old crashed their party! No, they love him, he is autistic and non-verbal l. he is a very exceptional little three. Why did I mention Sakhi is autistic? Because what you have to know about this place is it's a petting zoo! They have two horses and a pony! Interactions with these animals is amazing for any child but even more so for kids with autism. I don't know why. All I know is it's really important for their development. And I know I've never seen Sakhi have so much fun in his life. When we arrived the owner gave us a bag of I think rabbit pellets that we could feed the animals. Sakhi was a bit standoffish with feeding, but I know I had a good time. Lol Do take your allergy pills before you come and dont forget mosquito repellent! I think they have four different areas for birthday parties, there is a splash pad or water feature, I think there are four or five little jungle...
