He looked after us like we were family. We flew into Aswan from Cairo but when we arrived in Cairo our luggage wasn’t. We messaged Mohammed just to let him know what happened and even though at this stage we still hadn’t met he took ownership of the issue and just ran with it. He had a car meet us at the airport which took us straight to a pharmacy to buy toiletries before taking us to the guest house. The following morning after making sure we had some breakfast he guided us to a shopping centre where we could purchase replacement clothing. In addition to all this Mohammed looked after all our bookings for tours and trips. He well and truly saved our holiday. The beds in the room were so comfortable and it was so quiet and peaceful. They organized a private sunset Felucca ride and an 8 hour private boat tour with Moustafa which was AMAZING! The room was clean and very comfortable. Ahmed was always right there to provide us with whatever we needed. I would 100% recommend this place and I hope one day to return.
