Kitchen facilities were good and beds were really comfy. Great communication with host via WhatsApp. There were several useful items there too in the kitchen: coffee, tea, chocolate powder, oil and condiments, as well as soaps and shower gels in the bathroom. Good WiFi (there's 2 codes, downstairs/upstairs. There's a well stocked supermarket and bar less than 10 minutes walk away. There are lovely walks around the village from the digs and into the forest. The bus service is very good (we didn't need a car). We particularly liked taking the bus to Restinga for a swim and ice-cream.
