The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the atmosphere was peaceful—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great tips for local attractions and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Communication was smooth and friendly from start to finish. The location was also ideal—close to everything we wanted to see, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay. We would definitely come back!

Alain is a super host and his English is brilliant, we’ll definitely stay there again when we go to La Rochelle.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 39 km from Dax Train Station. The bed and breakfast has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The host was very welcoming. We immediately felt at home and they even had a Jacuzzi! It`s in a very close walking distance to a fun surf spot and located in the middle of several surf spots. Breakfast was simple but so good! We could have fresh pressed orange juice. Thank you for letting us stay here!

Plus well equipped for a self catering stay. Yes by a main road but I found it amazingly quiet after 11pm and before 8am. A very comfortable apartment.

The room was very modern and clean and comfortable. A nice breakfast with the addition of pancakes one morning and french toast the next. Mattheiu was also very helpful with ideas of what to see and where to eat.
