The property features a private garden, free WiFi and free private parking (subject to availability). This is an excellent place to stay in a quiet part of St Aubin but very close to all the restaurants and the harbour. Portholes is a short way up a hill and has an accessible carpark opposite and available at no charge.A supermarket is at the foot of the hill as is the bus stop so everything is very nearby. The suite itself is quite roomy and beautifully presented. The filtered views of the harbour are great and an impressive feature is the ability to use a well equipped kitchen. There is a laundry available to guests and this was an asset for us. We debated about getting a hire car and were glad that we did as we had plenty of freedom to travel around this quite remarkable island. That said, the buses seemed to work well. We were very pleased with the location, which was still quite close to St Helier. We would happily return.

Guests have direct access to the beachfront, which offers windsurf hire, beach cafés and restaurants. Very friendly and professional team. The apartment was amazing, everything needed, is there. The view of the bay is breathtaking. We took our car but actually the bus service is perfect, just outside the hotel. There are good restaurants nearby. If you get the chance, the museum at St Helier was very good indeed. I thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Without a doubt, the best we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to return!

The prestigious Almorah Hotel was built around 1841 and is a listed building of great importance. It is situated in an elevated position above the town of St Helier with magnificent views over the town and its interesting harbour filled with a mixture of fishing boats and private yachts. Overlooking Bouley Bay, this 4-star guesthouse with an outdoor swimming pool occupies an countryside setting in Trinity. Originally built 200 years ago, the guesthouse maintains some original features. Room was totally clean 😀 (I'm very critical) . View was exceptional. A lovely guesthouse. Ida and Richard: thank you for everything. Breakfast in fridge: wonderful. We love this island ❤️.
