We were happy to have a clear sky at night and fall asleep seeing the stars. Sights on the way are amazing too. The host is very helpful and kind. We enjoyed tasty food prepared just next door. The house has many useful amenities. We also bought honey from the owner's beehive. We visited during cold nights period and used AC heating, which makes the air dry. Be prepared for it if you are sensitive. All houses we visited in Georgia, especially rental bugalows have little to no isolation even from the floor and heating must keep running or it's getting cold very quickly :)

A good resturant (Riviera) is 7 min walking and they serve very delicious food. near by beach (~15 min's) walking. Downtown/ boulevard is (~35 mins) walking. Over all this guest house is totally recomended 👍.

Fireworks has been banned by our city for years in order to maintain a good air quality). The receptionist is very bubbly and friendly, love her🥰 The room is fine. And we had a lovely breakfast the next morning.

Obviously, the view is stunning :) In fact, it turned out to be even better that I'd expected. But on top of that, the communication with the host was great, the check-in/out process went smoothly, the bed and the bathroom were really comfortable... I don't like the New Boulevard district that much but if you want to see the better part of Batumi every day from an incredible angle, that definitely is the spot!

The balcony offers a beautiful view of the mountains in the evening, which was our favorite moment. The host is incredibly warm and communicative – he helped us book a transfer, gave us advice on local restaurants and was always ready to help. We will definitely come back and I sincerely recommend it to anyone who wants cleanliness, comfort and sincere hospitality.
