He gave us the choice of rooms as we were the only guests that evening and we chose the front room. He did warn us it was the noisiest though as it faced the street but we preferred to have the bathroom inside the room. The other rooms have a bathroom across the corridor which is not shared but for convenience we chose the room with the bathroom inside. The property is well situated and close to all attractions. We got a park right outside and did drive to a couple of places but that was more to save time as we checked in quite late after a long drive. The property was clean and comfortable. The shower was quite large by Italian standards and lovely and hot with great water pressure.

We were there as a group of 7 young people and as you can imagine, we were very messy and loud, but the owners were very kind and friendly and didn't have problem with that. They cleaned the rooms everyday, even with the whole mess we were leaving after us. The breakfast had everything we needed and they were fine with any changes in the time to be served. The apartment was impeccably clean and situated in a perfect location. The quiet atmosphere was just what I needed for a relaxing getaway. The bathroom was a highlight, and the breakfast provisions (fruits, yogurt, desserts) were a nice touch. The host was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond, even helping me communicate with Italian-speaking hosts for other accommodations. Also, I was kindly offered a luggage storage. I highly recommend this place and wish it continued success!
