We got a top floor room from where the Yokohama Osanbashi pier was visible. The rooms were excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic and just beside the Nihan Odori metro station. Commuting to the Yokohama station was very easy. The breakfast was good. The rooms were big and spacious. The amenities were excellent. The residents lounge area and the gym were a great addition. Overall, very nice breakfast.

There were a few items I didn’t eat though my husband ate everything. Taz’s mother waitressed ( at the age of 87!) & was always smiling & helpful. 3 small onsens - enough for couples. My husband’s aches & pains disappeared after a dip. Easy walk to centre of town & lovely park. On a weekend both areas are lit up. The park is particularly beautiful.

The location is convenient as there is a combini nearby for snacks - the hotel has its own shop too. The room was spacious, though unlike other Ryokans I've stayed at, the mattresses didn't get put away during the day - no biggie though as we didn't spend much time in the room during the day.
