The ladies that presented the food at dinner were exceptional, explaining each dish in detail, and even assisted in frying the meats perfectly. An overall amazing experience

A free shuttle is available from JR Ogoto Onsen Train Station, which is a 5-minute drive away and a 20-minute train ride to Kyoto Station. It is a wonderful and relaxing environment and allows you to enjoy the best onsen experience. The hotel staff organised the shuttle bus for us even though it passed 6pm to ensure we made it to our dinner reservation. The food provided was 10/10, possibly one of the best meals we had in Japan ! And I forgot an item when I left the hotel, the staff just mailed it to my next hotel within the next day. Will definitely come back!
