I loved everything about this hotel from our beautiful bedroom facing the lake; the kimonos offered to us that they encouraged you to wear throughout the hotel; the buffet food that was offered for happy hour was plentiful and so delicious. We used their laundry facilities and the staff were kind enough to show us how to operate it; it was a little different than what we had ever used. They also helped us arrange the bus ride and train ride to Nagoya which we really appreciated. I would stay there again when visiting Japan, simply perfect.

Absolutely amazing stay with views to the lake and the mt Fuji. The staff was welcoming and extremely nice. They accomodated any needs we had and I am sure they are capable of more. We were able to borrow bikes and enjoyed the ride around the lake. The room is bright and beautiful. The onsen has fantastic views for the perfect sunset.

It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. Everything, from the front desk, staff, facilities in general, the upgrade room to president room and so on, also I would like to highlight here the special attention from Veronica, who took care the services in our breakfast and dinner, she was amazing!! Very polite and courteous with us.

The host/ team was very responsive and tried their best to address my questions/ asks, and shareda vary detail and comprehensive info pack before we arrived, which offered a very smooth check-in/ out experience. In addition, the stay was extremely clean and comfortable, I would strongly recommend anyone who are traveling with families/ friends.

Splendid locatie with a beautiful view on Mount Fuji. The spherical accommodation is also very nice!
