The pool was such a peaceful oasis – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. And the breakfast? So delicious and filling – a great mix of fresh, tasty options that really set you up for the day. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, but the manager especially stood out. She always had the warmest smile, gave us fantastic local recommendations, and you could tell she genuinely loved what she does. Even after we checked out, she went above and beyond by helping me try to retrieve a card I had left in an ATM – something that meant so much to me. Can’t recommend Meunna Boutique Hotel enough. It’s more than just a beautiful place to stay – it’s an experience filled with warmth, care, and heart.

Keo, her family and her staff are extremely friendly people, always there to help, recommend things to go and keeping the place very clean. There only a handful of rooms so the place never get crowded. We work online and wifi was great. The balcony is very pleasant in the morning and at night (or anytime of the day really). We also did our laundry, which was done the day itself (20k kip per kilo). I would highly recommend it for a quiet place (apart from the street dogs barking) and away from all the activities of the city center but still very near center (10-15min walk via bamboo bridge or boat)

Villa Phathana is a short drive from Phousi Hill and various temples and restaurants. Luang Prabang International Airport is a 20-minute drive away. The owner / manager could not have been more helpful and friendly, just wonderful. And the location was terrific, right in the mix of everything.
