Munir, the guy at the reception, and Rachid, the tourist guide were the best. I really recommend staying here and if you visit Fez just get Rachid to show you around, he is the best!! He will show you around, take you to the best places, tell you all the stories and history of the place and make your journey an incredible moment. I’m super grateful with him and all the team of this Riad, the best Riad in Fez 😉

The location was about 10 minutes from the blue gate.

Moroccan-owned, historical and professionally restored riad with super nice rooms (the duplex room in particular was amazing). Restaurant has a good dinner and breakfast (honestly, both much better than some of the highly rated places of Google Maps / internet). Generally the whole historically preserved luxury yet cool vibe was nice. Also, they were super helpful with arranging transport and day trips at short notice and good price. Best hotel we have tried in Morocco so far!

Each morning, I was treated to a delightful spread of fresh, local delicacies that were as delicious as they were beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start my day of exploring the magical city of Fes. The Riad itself was a charming oasis with its traditional decor and serene atmosphere. It truly felt like a hidden gem in the heart of the city. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to experience authentic Moroccan hospitality and a bit of magic. Situated within 3.4 km of Royal Palace Fes and 1.3 km of Batha Square, Dar S'BAH features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Fès. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation offers a patio. The guest house provides garden views, a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. The property was immaculate, and our room was very large with a seating area and big bathroom. All of which was beautifully decorated. The owner, Nour was the best host ever! We communicated via WhatsApp and she was full of recommendations, arranging us a private tour of the medina with a local guide Safea who was great. She also helped us liaise with our desert tour and give helpful tips. Overall they went above and beyond.
