You can access the kitchen, food and all appliances (drinkable water to your disposal).

If there is one word to describe our hosts it is 'caring'. From the moment we arrived in Sa Dec until we got on the bus to leave we were incredibly well looked after by Phuong and his lovely son. Plus lovely food cooked by their wife and partner who we didn't have the pleasure of meeting . The boat was small but perfect (plenty of storage for bags) and it was delightful being on the river watching the world go by. Sa Dec is worth visiting . It didn't feel at all touristie. We were able to wander through the fascinating market without being bothered and sat at a street corner cafe watching the supplies being biked to the market. The Ancient house is worth a visit to listen to the hilarious guide. And the flowers in Sa Dec are stunning. We highly recommend this accommodation and this city. We are so pleased we chose it.

The family was open to help us from the start, they even booked our buses. Diu was a great host, very patient, loving and fun. He explained a lot about traditional Vietnamese Culture and practices. He was very proud about the way they lived. The gastronomical experience Is very interesting and complete! I would have preferred to spend more time with the family than going to the National park, because although it Is pretty, the motor on the boat Is really loud.
