I had initial problems with the hotel due to one of the staff being rude and unaccommodating, but that all changed when both Claudia and especially Olga, both being managers at the property, had taken my feedback and instantly looked after me during the remainder of my stay. Olga is a wonderful asset to your company. The room I stayed in was always well heated, clean and very spacious with a beautiful view. The only downside was the walk from block 5 to the ski resort. Value for money was good considering there was more expensive properties around for less the quality. Thank you for my stay.

Beautiful apartment, large, lovely furniture, kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It was also warm and well heated. Bathrooms had lovely soaps and shower gels and lots of towels. We arrived late and the self check-in was easy and well explained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, only 5 minutes walking from the ski lift, as described. The host also gave us a useful map of the resort including restaurant recommendations. This apartment deserves full marks. I can’t fault it.
