I had a wonderful experience at Bujtina Sophie! The rooms were exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and the the view was incredible. Bujtina KOEL was our favourite place out of all the places we stayed on a three-week trip around Albania. The owner, Thanas, is a real gentleman and takes such pride in the place he has built, and how he looks after his guests. We arrived as guests and left as friends. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Thanas is a great chef, and teams up with a local, Nina, when needed. Together they presented us with true feasts for dinner. Thanas's homemade Raki was graciously shared with us after dinner. The location is great - it's an adventure to get to but the views are amazing. Absolutely worth visiting.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa with our kids. The location in a quiet village close to nature made it very relaxing, and the children enjoyed exploring the surroundings. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. A truly unforgettable stay! My husband and I had an amazing time during our stay. We enjoyed absolute peace and quiet, surrounded by endless greenery and right next to a historic site. The food, prepared by Gero, was absolutely delicious from traditional local dishes to his authentic pizzas, everything was full of flavor and made with care. But what truly made our experience special was the incredible team. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and we definitely made new friends. A special mention goes to Agush ,unbelievably funny, full of energy, and truly the heart and soul of the hotel. He will forever have a special place in our hearts. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Fantastic location with a nice view of the mountains, especially from outside. Very friendly hosts who brought us homemade local food without us asking and even spoke some english. Apartment was clean and roomy (at least for 2 people) with a relatively well equipped kitchen.

The hotel is in a quiet area, but you need a car. The room are big and very clean , in the bathroom you have everything you need. The breakfast is very good and enough. We eat the most amaizing honey ! The old town is at 15 minutes by car.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. Maradona and his family are the most welcoming and nice , we felt like family ! The hotel is clean and near to the castle, Maradona even volonteered to park our car and take us himself to the castle and back to the hotel which we really appreciate. Don't hesitate to have a meal at the hotel's restaurant, meal are prepped by Maradona's family and are really good and affordable! We will surely come back one day !

Great hosts, the owner was very friendly and helpful. He even drove us to the bus station. Breakfast was very good. The location was perfect, very close to the bazaar. Pretty building with greenery.
