We had a wonderful experience at Zere House. The apartment offers stunning panoramic views of Gjirokastër, both from inside and from the spacious terrace. Each morning, we enjoyed local breakfasts prepared by our kind and attentive host Leta, who also treated us to a delightful lunch during our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent, allowing us to stay connected effortlessly. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the historic center, the castle, and other notable landmarks. Strolling through the charming cobblestone streets of this UNESCO World Heritage town was a highlight of our trip. Zere House combines comfort, hospitality, and an authentic Gjirokastër experience—we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is new; opened October 2024). It is clean and shinny. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served at your table and consists of eggs, freshly baked bread, fresh fruit, coffee/tea, and orange juice. The hotel is located a 15-minute walk from the castle and has enough parking spaces. One more thing: the hotel is located on the tenth floor, and breakfast is served on the roof with a great view!

Very good experience! Lovely place, surrounded by wonderful people. The atmosphere is calm, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time it is ideal for meeting and talking with very nice people. The stay was great, everything was uncomplicated, great area, gorgeous Kaffee on the roof. The rooms are very spacious some are renovated beautifully, very modern. It is on a main road, but when the windows are closed you barely hear anything. We very much enjoyed our stay here. behind the hotel there is also parking space.

I had such an amazing experience here! The place itself was beautiful — the décor and interior design were absolutely stunning, with so much attention to detail that made it feel really special. Most importantly, the host was incredible — so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly!
