The hotel is literally brand new. The facilities are just wonderful, clean, spacious, each room is equipped with a large balcony, parking is easy, the hotel is a stone throw away from the beach, the breakfast is simple but delicious and it's so quiet. The hotel is a family-run operation and it shows : their only goal is to make their guests feel at home. Mission accomplished!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything looked brand new and was impeccably clean. The host was truly exceptional – incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. He made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. He spent time with us, recommended the best places to visit and the best restaurants in the area. Peaceful location looking out over olive trees across the water to Corfu away from the busyness of riviera towns. Generous breakfast home cooked by the kind host full of traditional local flavour. We walked from the farm house into both lower queparo and up the track to upper queparo for a delicious dinner. Our hosts called the upper village to check we made it safely! Great spot for a family.
