This hotel is amazing. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Especially Raphaël, he is always so nice and courteous. The decoration in this hotel is bringing a very loungy atmosphere. A quiet and peaceful place in rumorous Gerlos. The breakfast is very tasty. The rooms are beautiful and the bathroom is cleverly comparted. The wellness is composed of 2 saunas, which is very nice to make use of after a day of skiing.

We spent there a fabulous week this summer. It all started with easy access and a really warm welcome. Continued at spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms, every bedroom with separate bathroom. You can't expect fabulous views from the apartment, but quiet surroundings and few minutes by walk to the nearest shop, restaurant, lift or even the walking, hiking and bike routes. We are giving our full recommendation!

Very nice and friendly staff. Parking in front of the hotel included in the price of accommodation. Practically furnished rooms. I appreciate the restaurant with very good homemade food and good beer and the cheerful lady who serves there. The proximity of the hotel to the waterfall.

Location is excellent- 1km to Krimml waterfall, and near centre of village. Clean, comfortable, very good facilities. Great breakfast. Wonderful staff. We had a great four night stay in this beautiful location. Should have stayed longer!

    The location was ideal and the appartment good. We were with 2 couples so it was very nice that both had their own bed&bath seperated by the living room so lots of privacy. We loved the beds and detail in the decoration. You can see the owner is proud of their appartment and put a lot of thought in it. It has all the appliances you would need in the kitchen and all furniture was comfortable. It was very cold outside but very nice and warm inside and lovely that there was floor heating!

    Great location with excellent view of the mountains, nice staff and a beautiful large sauna and resting area in the wellness. The breakfast was exceptional and the dinner was tasty too, however larger portions could be served because it wasn't enough sometimes.

    This apartment has a good location and is close to the cable car. The view from the balcony is great. The apartment is spacious and great for our family of four-adults. The apartment is well equipped (plenty of dishes, pots and cutlery so no problem to fill the dishwasher and still have a spare in the drawer). We enjoyed our stay and would love to return.
