    Spacious, clean apartment close to a small village and many ski areas - all for a fraction of the cost of staying slopeside. Gracious host. We chose to ski at 4 different mountains, each day choosing whichever suited us. This location is ideally suited to that strategy, assuming you have a car.

    The staff was always very kind, available, helpful and communicative. The room was very clean, warm and bright. Haus Maria is very well located, about 10 minutes by car from Zell am See and Kaprun. Also, the ski bus stop is in front of the guesthouse. I appreciated that there was a room for storing skis and boot dryers. We felt very well in this location and we recommend it.

    Superb location, beautiful view on mountains and the river below the balcony. Our Deluxe room was splendid and very spacious. Rooms and whole hotel was very clean. Breakfasts were excellent and delicious. Distance to ski slopes by car just 10 minutes at maxium. Thank you very much Thurners!
