This is a wonderful place to stay, an architecturally special (interwar) building, renovated carefully, generously and thoughtfully to a very high standard and in a lovely location. There is attention to every detail and personal input from the owner who is working hard to make the experience rewarding. There is a feeling of generosity and welcome - it's very easy to highly recommend.

Sissy and the Lenz family were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast exquisite. The area is amazing, so many places with castles and churches and restaurants to visit, if you have a car or by train. The natural beauty of this part of Austria is out if this world. Recommend.

Very nice, brand new apartment in the centre of Raabs an der Thaya! The host is very nice and was making sure we needed everything during our (short) stay. If I'm back in the region, I'll definitely book this location again.

The location is very cozy and quiet, with a lovely inner courtyard and an outdoor breakfast nook. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good, with fresh bread and a delicious homemade apple cake.

It's a beautifully designed and well equipped apartment. Spotless clean. Peaceful. Great coffee machine! I loved everything about this place. Martina’s guesthouse was spotless, peaceful, and very comfortable — one of the cleanest and most welcoming places I’ve stayed in. The bed was cozy, the setting quiet, and everything was prepared with great care. But what made this stay unforgettable was Martina herself. When I told her I had come to Horn to visit the town my grandmother lived in before the war, she helped connect me with people who had known my grandparents personally. Thanks to her, I discovered photos, letters, and family history I never expected to find. Martina is a warm, thoughtful host, and I will always be grateful for the experience she helped create.
