Very nice and clean hotel, with big, warm, quiet and comfortable room (we had one suite) and very good breakfast. The dinner was good but not so spectacular like breakfast. The thermal area is ok, but many pools are outside, so we was happy the november weather wasn't rainy. We had a nice weekend in this hotel and we would like to come back again.

This was my second time in this aparthotel, just in a different apartment. It was very nice again, the equipment is 5 ***** worthy. Everything is there including a good coffee for breakfast with delicious biscuits. Slept very well, the bed is wonderful. Thanks to the team for excellent service.

Hotel is in the countryside but a very good position for my business exigencies. The room was spacious, confortable and very clean. Staff was kind and helpful. Restaurant very good with typical food. I love this kind of hotels and will probably come back if I will be back in the region.

We had a car engine breakdown on our way south and stayed in Hartberg while it was fixed. In total we had four nights in Zum Brauhaus, two adults and a dog. The service was really great and the staff was kind and helpful. Felt like coming to a family house! Rooms were clean and spacious, bathrooms functional. Breakfast was freshly made each morning and included fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meats, bread, yoghurt with various jams and mueslis, coffee/tea brought to your table and eggs made to your liking. Location was great for walking, there were several cafés and small shops around. The restaurant in Zum Brauhaus was also excellent. Good wifi, quiet, pet friendly, parking available. It's closed on Mondays but the breakfast is served every morning. If you check in on Monday they have clear instructions on where to call.

Host was very helpful and kind. Apartment exceeded our expectations. it was very clean and we had everything we needed and more. We had 3 dogs with us and it wasn't a problem they were welcome. If I'm ever traveling anywhere near there hopefully there will be vacancy and I can stay there again.

    The location was great, 10 mins drive into Hartberg. It was very scenic and quiet. Moni and her husband were very friendly, and were there if we needed them. The apartment is huge, with everything you could possibly need and more. When we arrived it was toasty warm which was so nice as it was very cold outside. The beds are really comfortable and the black out shutters were brilliant, we slept so well. This apartment was exceptionally clean, and I would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again. Thank you for our restful stay.
