This was really a very special find close to Vienna at a very reasonable price. It is a brand new apartment with excellent facilities - comfortable bed, outstanding kitchen facilities, brand new perfect bathroom, lots of space and a great patio (weather did not permit me to use it). The owner was very helpful and extremely friendly, free parking is right there. When next I come back to Vienna, this is definitely the place I will choose to stay.

Rooms and surroundings very clean and nice. Very nice and professional service. Very good contact. In the hall there is a coffee machine available 24 hours a day. Comfortable beds. Air-conditioned rooms. Excellent location, suitable for both short transit overnight stays while traveling, as well as a base for longer stays and sightseeing in Vienna. Quiet and peaceful area.

The perfect place to relax! Aesthetics, comfort and care in every detail - from the aroma in the room to the soft towels. We were lucky to have found Zoder Apts. Since the first messaging with the property you can find out how much they are dedicated to the service. Prompt replies, effectiveness and cordiality. They kindly observed a special request we made before the check in. Modern building, in a very quiet aerea of the city, very warm in the cold season, well equiped kitchen, clean bathroom, beds are ok. A large Spar in front of the building it is perfect, few meters away there is Lidl. We traveled by car and enjoied the underground parking (added price but totally reccommended) from which you can reach the apartment by lift. Bus station close by and stations of two differeny U-bahn in 5-10 mins walk. Enjoy the stay and do not hesitate to book 🙂.

My stay at this apartment was incredibly cozy and comfortable. The apartment had everything necessary for convenience: towels, dishes, a washing machine, balcony furniture, and even umbrellas for guests. It's clear that every detail has been thought through meticulously in this accommodation. The owner was also very responsive, answering all my requests quickly. Additionally, the underground parking with electric vehicle charging was a big plus. Getting to the city center was convenient with the metro, just an 8-minute ride away. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Spotlessly clean, spacious, modern and equipped in everything you need. You can see Vienna office buildings from the window. We stayed in our trip to Carinthia but since it was that close to Vienna we decided to visit Prater in the morning. Our son loved it. I highly recommend

Very clean, new, comfortable and family friendly! The host was very friendly, nice and helpful with everything we needed. Fully equiped apartment and brand new! Peaceful area to relax from busy city centar while staying in Wien! Beautiful and spacious terrace. We will return when in Wien!

What we liked ... The location near the 2 grocery shops. Place was modern and clean. Parking behind. The excellent bakery/cafe opposite. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned each morning. Free for all, a coffee machine in the corridor with pods, sugar and milk. Bus no. 510 (bus stop is opposite accommodation) to underground station runs every 15 minutes and trains go direct to Vienna center every 15 minutes as well. Our double room had a small fridge. Free WiFi. Great value for money and would definitely stay here again!!!

The rooms are at a good location, they are very clean, tidy and comfortable. The people we talked to are very nice. It is easy to reach the rooms, even during the night. It is a safe location for cars as well. We enjoyed our stay very much, we plan to visit soon, bc a couple of days were not enough to explore Vienna.
