Clean, modern room, very quiet at night. The apartments have tiny kitchens and a coffee maker. Bathroom was great - nice shower and beautiful tiles. Parking lot was a short walk from house. Would stay again!

Honestly this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Kind staff, amazing location, a wonderful breakfast and a stunning cozy interior. Our room also had a lovely view. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Innsbruck in the future.

Perfect Location: Right in the center, ideal for exploring the city. Helpful Parking Support: Although our car was a bit heavier, the hotel staff gave us clear instructions for nearby parking. There’s also a convenient spot just a few meters from the hotel to unload bags. Spacious Room: We booked a standard room, and the size was perfect for our needs. This was a self catering location, there is a small bio shop on the premise with most things could need for breakfast. Quiet and peaceful. There is an old fashioned hotel/restaurant up the road with tradition food, good for a quiet dinner.. Beds are nice and bathroom is new and the shower is excellent. Good internet and tv with all the extras you would need. Try the fresh bread, or some of the other things on offer. This location is also a small working farm so you may see and hear some animals

    We stayed twice overnight. The person at reception each time spoke English, was friendly and gave good advice. (On recommendation, we ate at Gasthaus Anica and would recommend it for Austrian food). It is definitely a budget hotel. The facilities are basic but it has all you need and was spotless and clearly well maintained. Although not cheap, it was still less expensive than anything else we could find. The location is excellent for train, Flixbus and for the interesting parts of Innsbruck.

    The location is perfect. Very close to everything but in a quiet street. Collected key from Basic Hotel. The receptionist was welcoming and very helpful and only a short walk away. Ideal for us using public transport (free with ‘Welcome Card’) not sure how convenient if you have a car. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.
