Gmundnerberghaus is amazing! We were breathtaken by our first glimpse of Traunsee from the property—it was like something out of a dream. Even though there was no staff on-site, the self-check-in and key pick-up were smooth. (At first, the quiet, empty hotel and peaceful surroundings gave us a bit of a thrill after our long drive!) The free minibar was a great touch, especially when no stores or restaurants were nearby. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options, all beautifully arranged. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

It was great, beautiful place. Room was nice. Downstairs you can find food and drinks. I wish there was a menu in english thats it. It was pretty easy to find this place, it has a parking place for your car.

Everything about La Sonett was absolutely wonderful. From the thoughtful details like the names and the room design to the high-quality amenities—even the soaps were special and of exceptional quality. The bakery is simply to die for, and the breakfast is an absolute must. The sourdough bread was some of the best we’ve ever had. We were beyond pleased and can’t wait to return!

    The location is amazing - the view of the mountains is absolutely gorgeous. The room is so spacious and comfortable. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming. We loved the breakfast that included lots of bread, cheese, hams, yoghurts, fruit and cereal. The coffee is delicious. We would love to come back for another relaxing stay
