Every question we had was answered promptly and in detail — truly five-star service even before arrival! The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the spacious terrace offered breathtaking views — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The online check-in process was incredibly convenient and saved us time upon arrival. We also appreciated that the city tax could be paid directly by card when the host visited — no paperwork or extra steps. The practical door code system was a thoughtful touch, especially for families or groups — no stress about losing keys! Property at a great location, easy to get to city center. Check in is via a kiosk, went smoothly, prior to arrival the host sent all needed info, and clarification. Apartment was spacious with modern design, modern and well equipped kitchen area. Air conditioning is available. Apartment was well cleaned on arrival. Overally I can recommend the place, one outstanding thing was wifi which was surpsingly fast.

Lokation is ok, it's not in the center but we came to Villach for skiing so it didn't matter. Apartment was well heated by the check-in time which was a Pleasant surprise after a long day of skiing beforehand. It also has floor heating which is really nice. It's very clean and modern with all the necessary amenities

Our train was late due to a huge storm and arrived only in the morning 5:30AM, we have asked if we could stay a little longer, and Simona allowed us to stay till 12PM. It really helped us a lot, thanks again. The flat is clean, nice, everthing is how it was in the pictures.

    Excellent location: very near the railway station, and a short walk to the Altstadt centre with restaurants and bars. Beautifully furnished room, enough space, very clean. In the small kitchenette there is everything you need for a short (or even longer) stay. Nice little shared terrace. Very friendly staff, who nicely accommodated to our changing timetable (the train was late).
