He is very much a people person and makes the stay very pleasant for people. Nothing it too much trouble. The meals were excellent and generous, and well priced. The restaurant was run very smoothly and again the personalities of the chef (and again the host who also works within the restaurant at night and is the host at breakfast) were very much a part of the enjoyable experience.
