Entire apartment, comfort, deidcated work room (as I traveled on business), location, everything. Location is in main street and you can walk safely. Grocery shopping, cafe, fast-food in a few steps. I didn ot have need to go to restourants due to meeting with client :) Gym, pool was unexpected surprise.

The overall environment is really good, which is very consistent with the photos. We are working with Bran himself shares an apartment The main sharing areas are the living room and kitchen, in which the bathroom and bathroom are independent, and our own room is also independent. Richmond is a nice area to stay at during your trip to Melbourne (if you prefere to stay in less crowded areas, away from the CBD and more into were locals hang out). It hasa lot of restaurants, bars, etc. The Apartments were well located in rochmond. It was very well cared for. Facilities seemed pretty new. The room had a considerable size, with a balcony. Very nice natural lightning (with nice shades to keep light out in early morning). Quiet. We did not use the kitchenet, but it seemed very well sorted of apliances.

We loved everything and Rejane and Rob went out of there way for us. A bottle of wine, some very nice fresh bread sticks, with cheese, as well as bananas, oranges, and other fish fruit along with milk in the fridge, quick cook Oats, Vegemite, and much more. the location is awesome. An easy 20-25min walk along the river will get you to Flinders St station right at the edge of the CBD, or you could meander your way through the Botanic Gardens and emerge on St Kilda Rd, right in the Arts Precinct. An easy 20 min walk up Punt Rd in the other direction will have you on Toorak Rd in the heart of the South Yarra/ Chapel St shopping precinct. Alternatively jump on a bus within 300m of the apartment and use the marvellous Melbourne PTV public transport system to explore the city.
