Lovely self contained annex - all very modern and beautifully designed. Fantastic breakfast supplies - full carton of milk (checked in advance what sort we wanted), fresh bread, muesli and fruit, ground coffee etc. So thoughtful. Lovely quiet residential road just back from the waterfront walk into town. Perfect location. We loved it. Robert and Caroline very welcoming and gave loads of information to help us enjoy our stay.

We only stayed for 1 night but really enjoyed this accommodation choice. Vicki was very helpful, responding to some questions we had before arrival quickly, and the kitchen amenities, etc, provided made the stay very comfortable.

The property was located at a perfect quiet location, nestled in beautiful Goolwa town. The backyard views were fantastic and the house was big enough for the family. Awesome laundry room and well-stocked kitchen. We would love to be back there again soon!

Enjoyed the relaxed character of the apartment. It was spacious. Enjoyed watching TV. Liked the kitchen zone. Welcomed by the owner but left very much to our own devices while staying there.

Serene beautiful property in a wonderful location with a cosy and peaceful vibe. We had such a relaxing time, the bath was amazing, bed was comfy and playing with Frankie the dog was such a treat! Would highly recommend and would stay again!

A very peaceful location, amongst forest and farmland. The individual ‘retreat’ was exactly as described - a sitting area and tv, large comfortable bed, big bathroom with a good shower, microwave, fridge, kitchen sink and floor to ceiling windows on three sides with views of the forest and grassland. Outdoor barbecue area was also good, undercover but still open on two sides. We didn’t need to use the additional sleeping area but it looked good also. Kangaroos and birds were abundant and, as the sunset, two echidna appeared from one side of the forest and slowly made their way across the grass, feeding as they went. This summed up the peace and tranquility of the location.

This place is just perfect! It has everything you need including the outdoor tub which is amazing. Very private. Lots of space to roam and see the gorgeous cows and alpacas. Excellent value for money. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

    This is our third stay at the Mariner's Cottage so it obviously meets our expectations. The cottage is very clean and the enclosed back garden is beautiful and dog friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge room is quite cosy. Wifi was good. The bed was very comfortable. The rain shower is excellent. This cottage is in an excellent location.

    Great location near main street with excellent restaurant Hay St Kitchen and Bar around the corner. House had everything we needed and spotlessly clean. We took our dog and he had a little garden to run in and very comfortable i side too.
