Exquisitely renovated beautiful old house with all the modern brand new comforts that you can imagine. Very upscale and beautifully decorated rooms. The bathroom was luxurious with a fantastic shower and bath. Super comfortable bed. The owner greeted us personally and showed the room's different features.

The place was soo warm and cozy it is perfectly situated on the main street of ballarat. We didn't want to leave, it just had a homey feel about it. Even came with a box of chocolates... thanks jazz for letting us enjoy your place. Highly recommend

Amazingly comfortable cozy unit ! It has everything anyone would need for a stay away from their home ! Well equipped kitchen with all essentials supplies! A homely interior furniture with comfy beds , warm and clean house ! Easy check in/ check out with a wonderful communication from the management! I had the most wonderful one-night stay at this charming tiny house. The breathtaking view from the property was truly a highlight of the experience. The host was exceptionally accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The tiny house itself was well-equipped and cozy, making it the perfect getaway. I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to return for another visit!
