Almost everything has been said through various reviews. Spacious and very confortable cottage with a lot of amenities. Quiet place instead the location near à highway. A lot of traffic but noise was not an issue. Good items left in the fridge to prepare your breakfast. Not exactly what we préfer but we bought the complement. Have appreciated to use the laundry. For this property the cherry on the icing cake is of course the présence of 3 alpagas and 2 sheeps. Very cute and adorable. Feeding them was funny. Reason why I give a note of 10.

Love the view from this lovely place . We had many animals ( some goats, sheep ) and wallabies and even a possum that was curious about us . The heater worked really well for the winter weather and the beds were comfortable. Only wish there were more pillows . We only stayed one night but next time would definitely stay longer because if we return to Tasmania

Absolutely lovely and cozy charming old Villa. Great atmosphere and facilities. Excellent location to visit Port Arthur. Had a wonderful 3 nights there.

Great location near the airport, Peaceful, with spacious grounds; seeing abundant birdlife on the property was a bonus for us. A couple of restaurants and great mini mart nearby. The beaches in the area are great too.
