This place is amazing. Quaint, spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with so many extras. A wonderful coffee machine and loads of drinks, snacks and continental breakfast choices. Little Bird is decorated with a huge variety of art work, books to read and tourist information. Bed is very comfortable. Location is very near the town centre. Thanks to Sal and Andy who are great hosts, a pleasure to meet you and experience your beautiful accommodation.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful! The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed, plus it was incredibly convenient - just steps away from the penguin beach. But what truly amazed me was their outstanding integrity. After I checked out, I realized I'd left my treasured watch behind. I was heartbroken, thinking it was lost for good. Imagine my immense relief and gratitude when the hotel manager contacted me! Not only had they found and safely stored it, but they kindly offered to mail it back to me in Hong Kong. The joy of getting my watch back was incredible. This genuine care and going the extra mile for a guest is truly rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you so much! We loved all the different spaces - the lounge, the sun room, the games room, the beautiful garden, and it was wonderfully warm with various heaters in each room. It was very homey and all the family history made it feel so special.
