What a fabulous place to stay. The hosts Deb and Lee were very welcoming, the breakfast was abundant and delicious and the room was beautifully appointed. A great place to stay to explore the Creswick and Ballarat region. Could not recommend more highly. 5 star.

From the minute we got there the staff and owner were very attentive, pleasant and immediately made us feel very comfortable. Showed us our rooms and explained the layout and where everything was. The service at dinner was excellent and the food was super. My Favorite was the sticky date pudding, which was excellent. I must add that this was my first visit to the hotel and knew no one, but left with a feeling that we had made a bunch of new friends. Even the chef came out to the lounge bar for a drink and had a chat. I told them that if I'm in the area I will drop in, even if it is to just have a drink.

Exquisitely renovated beautiful old house with all the modern brand new comforts that you can imagine. Very upscale and beautifully decorated rooms. The place was soo warm and cozy it is perfectly situated on the main street of ballarat. We didn't want to leave, it just had a homey feel about it. Even came with a box of chocolates... thanks jazz for letting us enjoy your place. Highly recommend
