Wow, just wow! My stay at the cabin in Quba was unforgettable. The place is absolutely beautiful — peaceful nature all around, fresh mountain air, and a super cozy cabin that felt like home the second I walked in. The view was absolutely breathtaking! Although the house is located high up in the mountains, it’s surprisingly close to everything—very easy to reach by car. The pool offers a stunning mountain view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Even though there are a few houses nearby, none of them are visible from each other, so you get complete privacy. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this new property to everyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway!

My trip to Xinaliq, Azerbaijan was a truly amazing and unforgettable experience. The hospitality, especially from our host Kamal, was exceptional. He not only provided a warm and welcoming place to stay but also enriched our visit by personally guiding us on a trekking adventure. Kamal led us on a hike through the breathtaking mountains to a beautiful waterfall, making the experience feel authentic and personal. His knowledge of the area and his genuine kindness made the entire experience all the more special. For anyone who loves nature and wants to feel the raw experience of Azerbaijani food and culture, Kamal's hospitality is a reason alone to visit this incredible place. ​The journey to Xinaliq from Baku is a four-hour drive, filled with amazing scenery along the way. To make the most of it, I highly recommend starting the journey in the morning to fully enjoy the views. Then, you can spend the night at Kamal's house and begin your trek to the waterfall in the early morning.

Staff hospitality was great. Despite language challenges, they went out of the way to ensure a comfortable stay. The restaurant specially cooked vegetarian pilaf for us at breakfast since vegetarian options were limited. The facilities offered include free usage of Olympic size swimming pool, tennis, billiards and steam suana. Infact we extended our stay by a day at the hotel.

    This hostel is only a few years old and it has been very well kept. Everything is spotless! Thick cotton sheets and warm covers provided. Central location on a quiet street. Very quiet at night. Warm, generous and English-speaking owner lives at another locaton but her mother is always at the hostel. Husband is availalbe to provide day tours at a reasonable cost in his SUV to Khinalug and Laza.
