very nice country house small and cozy, well equipped situated on a rustic road in Turtucaia, close to a museum and a tavern there are some birds in the trees backyard: beautiful trills during the day and even late at night good for a short stay near the Danube

Spacious room and comfortable mattress with lovely linen sheets. The meal in the restaurant was one of the best we've had in a long time.Though there was a steep climb up to the hotel, as cyclists it meant we didn't have to start with a climb the next morning! Kind and helpful staff.

    Location is good, parking is in front, our room was upgraded to top floor, with the best view possible. Exceptional pleasure to wake up with the Danube in your window. Food is great, still somewhat overpriced, maybe because of a touristic boom in the area. Definitely recommend, staff was helpful. Some minor touches on cleanliness, as still our visit was out of season. Rooms need some minor freshening repairs to be totally perfect.

    Our room on the second floor looked out directly over the Danube, perfect view. The hotel location is at the far end of the village, past the "old town" and very quiet. The owners/family are on hand for the restaurant.

    Staff were nice and friendly and the location is right on the river shore and close to the administrative city center. We booked 2 rooms and one of them was really warm, spacious and sympathetic at the last floor and river view. Hotel restaurant is lovely and the food there tasty.
