This was probably the cleanest motel we've ever stayed in, and the owners are super friendly and accommodating. New TV's, clean microwave and refrigerator, good working heat & A/C, and a good bed all made our stay very comfortable. The location is convenient and Fonthill is a great place. We were able to travel to Niagara Falls, Toronto, and Port Colbourn easily from here on larger roads. Staff were honest and hard working. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day of our stay, and they even left the cash tips on the bed until I told them it was meant for them. I also had some other cash in plain sight and no one disturbed it.

    It was in the right place for us (next to Pelham) and very affordable. Rooms were fine - comfortable and reasonably clean. Staff (Mr. Patel) were friendly and helpful. Quiet location and easy to find. Beautiful view of the vineyards.
