Location was excellent for my needs. Also staff and accommodation exceeded my expectations.

Quick check in, Fridley staff. Room was quite spacious with Kitchen and 2 mins walk from the beach. There outside sitting area with lights was amazing. We had food with my family everyday outside. I asked for extra towels and coffee and staff was accommodation. Great location, very close to all different kind of cuisines, Walmart is close. This would be my place to stay whenever I visit Penticton again. The main reason if you are in Penticton is to be close to beach this place is meant for you. We did evening walk on the beach and lastly ice cream shop was right there at the hotel. Lovely stay!

Everything! Big room, super clean, amazing location next to lake, park and beach. Super friendly staff, awesome little kitchen, comfy bed, great water pressure plus heat, good WiFi. We would definitely stay again! Great value for money.

The hosts, Jason and Lynn, are genuinely caring, sincere and generous. The guest accommodations are very private (Sagebrush Caboose is .7 km. up a winding gravel rd.) and off-grid, but provide every convenience and comfort one might expect, including coffee beans roasted on site. The construction of the Sagebrush Caboose is phenomenal, as though built by a cabinet maker,; the fit, finishes and hardware, superb. The provided linens and amenities are top-notch - the queen bed in the cupola/loft, extremely comfortable. Outside, the gas bbq. and firetable provided a comfortable area to socialize and dine al fresco. The location on their farm is inviting and private , yet handy to Oliver and Osoyoos should you wish to visit wineries, fruit stands, or hanker for a restaurant meal. There are lots of areas to hike and perhaps glimpse big-horn sheep up on rocky bluffs and many deer along the roadsides.
