Had a wonderful stay at Jessica's cozy home. Check in is seamless, room and bathroom are spotless, you can find everything you need in the house. There is public transportation close by to connect to downtown easily. Restaurants, cafes are around the corner. It's a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Jessica is very friendly and helpful, she made me feel at home right away. Book it while it lasts!

Lovely home in a nice neighbourhood. We booked 2 nights so we could visit Canada's Wonderland which was less than 30 mins away. Comfortable beds and living area. Very clean and facilities were excellent. Beautiful back garden with lighting, great to look out on with a glass of wine as darkness fell. Weather was very hot while we were there but air con worked a treat.

The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything we needed including shops, restaurants, and major highways. The apartment itself was beautifully designed with high-quality finishes and thoughtful touches throughout. From the comfortable bed and stylish furniture to the well-equipped kitchen and spotless bathroom, everything felt brand new and meticulously maintained. What really stood out were the little extras—fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, plush towels, and even some welcome treats that made us feel right at home. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention went into making this space both functional and inviting. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay in Richmond Hill. We’d absolutely come back again!

Breakfast is not included since it's basically an apartment. Everything was pretty clean, aside from some little bugs since it's a basement. It was easy to retrieve the keys, parking was easily accessible and all basics everyday items were there and ready to use. Bathrooms are private for each spacious bedroom.

    The location was great! Right beside the gas station and shoppers and close to a lot of restaurants, making it easy to find somewhere to eat at all times of the day. The lady we dealt with was polite and check in and out was simple. There was a fridge and microwave in the room which was also convenient.

    it was good for a Canada best value inn, the cleanest I have ever been in, rooms were as pictured, staff was helpful and friendly, it was very clean, but Canada best value inns are older buildings so do not expect to be in the holiday inn, you can not compare, it is located behind the Tim Hortons and across from no-frills very convenient.
