The owner clearly knows what guests value, as all the small things are done well. Body wash that actually lathers. A shower curtain that stays put and doesn't stick to you. Strong hooks in the bathroom for your towel and clothes. Clear instructions for the TV, etc. Super comfy bed, pillows, and bedding. Everything very clean.
