Great little stay, host was informative and made sure we had everything we needed and helped out with local information. Bed was super comfortable, best we’ve experienced so far on our Canadian jaunt.

I expected a regular hostel, but was met with something looking more like a hotel! The owners and staff were all super friendly, giving loads of tips on what to do in Tofino. The rooms were clean and tidy, just like the common area and kitchen. We were able to park our bikes in the backyard and also leave our wetsuits to dry in the drying room overnight, which was very kind! The location is also perfect: in the middle of "downtown" Tofino, with restaurants, shopping and grocery store nearby.

Located in downtown Tofino, the suites at Himwitsa Lodge have scenic views of the Clayoquot Sound. It features a fish shop and native art gallery on-site.
