This is an exceptional boutique hotel. It location is perfect, a 5 minute walk from the main Zurich train station. The staff were courteous, helpful and well presented. The room was of a high standard, with very comfortable beds.

Alma Hotel was a fabulous hotel with lovely old rooms with ,modern twist only 15 mins walk from old town. A perfect hotel near the lake with a ladies only wellness and yoga area. They even had a guest kitchen where you could store food in the fridge and prepare meals or snacks. Quite eco friendly with an honesty bar for drinks in reception and 24hr coffee machine in the restaurant. The only downside is that after my massage there isn’t a changing room or shower to use so when on the day of check out to get a massage it’s awkward. Apart from that tiny issue I would highly recommend this hotel in Zurich. Also a roof top terrace that would be fabulous in good weather!

The apartment was wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. The photos give a true and accurate impression of the place. It had everything we needed to feel at home, and communication with the host was smooth and pleasant throughout. The locatin is convenient, close to zurich HB, but since the apartment is uphill, some might find it difficult to get there carrying luggage. Otherwise, everything is truly perfect We would definitely love to return.
