Such a wonderful, homely, comfortable stay. I cannot express how pleasant it was. I would highly recommend this accomodation. It is decorated and furnished in such a cute style. Pleasant jazz music playing in the background. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.

The owner(Robert) came to pick us up from the train station and he is very friendly. Hotel is near to the Appenzell train station(600m) We got an early check-in and late check-out. Delicious breakfast buffet. Spacious bathroom with a bath tub. Large balcony with a beatifull city view.

The common use of the large kitchen, living room and patio was great, we shared with a large family who occupied multiple rooms, and everyone was friendly and respectful.
