The hosts are incredibly welcoming and nice, and the place is really beautiful with an epic view. If you like walking/hiking, you're in the perfect location to go explore the Val Verzasca, departing directly from the house. That's what we've done and we could find beautiful places in the forest and near the river which were beautiful and really quiet. The breakfast was great and the room comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

Outstanding little hotel tucked in the tiny town of Corippo, literally at the end of the road and up the hill. Absolutely magical and charming place. We had a room with private bathroom that was very well thought out, the design mixing old and new seamlessly and leaving no comforts behind. The hosts even leave a small snack in your room. The restaurant was exceptional - best "hotel" meal we've had. Nice relaxed pace but not tardy. The village has an interesting vibe, and while tiny, it was bustling - really shows that if you build it, they will come. Felt very remote, secluded and private but only an hour or so from Lugano.

Our experience at Rustico Cottage #2 was nothing short of delightful. Its ideal location in the heart of Maggia Valley, near the Ronchini bus stop, offered us stunning views. The cottage itself was a cozy haven, with a modern kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a refreshing shower in the bathroom. Perfect nice clean room. The size of the room was big enough. Very good breakfast included. Parking is possible on the small place in front of the building. You can go out from the aparments through side entrance.

    Self-check in made the arrival process quick and smooth. Davide is an excellent host, providing excellent activity and restaurant tips. The room was beautifully appointed, with views to the river and nearby mountains. Car parking was free and directly across the road. Tea, coffee, water and snacks were on a self-service basis and highly appreciated. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. If you want to explore the incredible beauty of the Verzasca Valley, then this is the ideal base.

    Everything! Very spacious, spotless, well furnished, warm and thoughtfully provisioned . Good contact with host. Supermarket 5 mins away and lots of hikes in all directions. Stunning scenery in the valley and also from the house. One of the nicest accommodations we have had on this 6 week holiday. We stayed 5 nights. No car needed .

    The location is perfect, the river is just a few minutes away and also the hiking trail. The busstop is right in front of the house. The apartment was very nice and cozy. It had everything we needed for a short trip! The check in was easy.Davide the host was really friendly and helped us with all we needed. We would definitely book again and highly recommend it!!

    The room was very clean and the patio was a nice place to sit and relax. You can walk out the door to a path that went all the way along the valley into Lavertezzo. The staff were very friendly at both the hotel and restaurant. They all did their best to accommodate us only speaking English. It was a short stay but wonderful.

    We had an incredible time staying at Casa Rossa! Excellent facilities, including hot tub and e-bike hire. Lovely food in the restaurant next door. Welcoming host, very helpful. Beautiful location, peaceful with stunning views! Would definitely recommend!

    Warm welcoming by the host, much earlier checkin than expected, fantastic location. Fully equipped apartment, bus stop just around the corner. A relaxing dip in jacuzzi. We were simply astonished and recommend it to anybody without any hesitation.
