I like everything here and plan to come back with my husband in April next year. The location is very good within five minutes walking from the train station to the hotel. Very easy to walk to any where as the hotel location is in the city center. Walking to the Lugano lake is about five minutes. Breakfast was good quality and variety. All staff i contact with were so friendly.

We stayed in the 2 - bedroom apartment for 2 nights. It's a lovely spacious, airy apartment, fitted with all amenities, including washing machine. 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and the second with a shower. Spacious lounge and dining, delightful kitchen, stocked with essentials. Large balcony with comfortable furniture to relax on and soak in the super view over Lugano, the lake and the mountains. This is the second time we have stayed here. We love the location and the owner makes the check in process so easy. The amenities were great and they were generous with towels. Love the fact they have a washing machine and dryer. Balcony we used all the time.

Very comfortable and well equipped modern apartment in a good location near the lake and close to the city centre. As I was driving, it was helpful having a parking space which was nearby. The hosts were easy to contact and were helpful.
