The property is set in a stunning area. Whilst Switzerland in general is extremely picturesque, you cannot beat the views which are on your door stop. You are set on Lake Zug with views of the surrounding mountains. Whilst slightly off the beaten track it is easy accessible with the train station a short 5 minute walk away with good connections. Not that you’d know because you don’t hear the trains! You can swim in the pool or take a swim in the lake or even better… paddle boarding! The outdoor area is well decorated with the sun setting down throughout the day. The property itself is designed for couples but is well designed, clean and modern. The host is happy to be contacted throughout the stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again despite being on the pricier side which I think is currently a fair value.

Late check-in was seemlessly easy, really enjoyed the automated system in place. Room was super clean, spacious, modern, I liked the touch-control hub for all lights in the room. Only awkward thing, the shower curtain blocks out the bathroom light so you have to shower with it open, and the bathroom window opens on to the road. Otherwise, really great place, exactly what i want out of a work hotel.

My stay at this jewel hotel was excellent. As I entered the reception I was greeted very warmly by the staff. Later I had a wonderful dinner exchanging with a culinary specialist. Entering my room I felt the coziness and cleanliness providing me with great confort and rest. The breakfast was traditional and offered plenty of energy for the day. Highly recommend it.

    The room was clean and even had a decent window view considering the location. The hosts leave capsules for the coffee machine. Kitchen and showers outside the room were clean. Also there is Lidl shop on the ground floor.

    I loved the room size and the modern decor. The key reception was also great. Great having a fridge in the room! Seemed very clean and customer service is very nice. Really well kept up rooms and hallways. Great furniture and lighting in rooms!
